SERVICE AREA

We are based in Santa Rosa, California, and can easily cover most parts of Sonoma , Marin and Mendocino Counties. We charge reasonable travel fees outside our area. Venues outside the North Bay have included Washington D.C. and Santa Cruz as well as San Francisco and Pleasanton.

COST                                                            

Each event is evaluated individually, and the price will be determined by preparation and performance time, equipment requirements and travel. The range is between $350 and $1,200, with weddings averaging $700. We will work with you to stay within your budget as much as possible.

MEETINGS

In most cases, we will want to meet with you before the event. This is particularly important for weddings. The preliminary meeting, of approximately one hour, is free of charge within our geographical area.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Once you have decided to hire It’s Your Party!, a contract will be presented to you and a deposit equaling 1/3 the total will be requested. The contract is binding on us to perform as promised, and on you to pay the balance due at the event.

NON-PROFITS/BENEFITS

It’s Your Party! has dj’d numerous fundraisers and other events for non-profit organizations at greatly reduced rates. It’s our way of making the world a better place, and we’re happy to be able to contribute when we can. Ask us!

OTHER SERVICES

There are terrific musicians in Sonoma County, and we know a lot of them! Whether you’re thinking of hiring a band for your entire event or having a combination of live and DJ music, we can help you get the information and make the contacts that you need. And by the way, Ari C., a talented reed player and percussionist, is also known as strolling musician, Max the Sax….

It’s Your Party! provides limited sound reinforcement services, including PA systems and amplification for small musical groups. If you need sound reinforcement for a band, we will be happy to provide you with the names of some excellent companies.
